Your mission

Use Simulations to improve our Software and Systems by facilitating mission simulation, putting together and maintaining software components, and creating training scenarios in Mission Simulation Software

Responsibilities

Perform central mission simulations incorporating whole software pipeline
Integrating software components and modules into Mission Simulation Software
Scripting Battle Scenarios
Create state of the art missions simulations
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to improve our products and processes
Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems.
Constantly be challenging requirements to determine what adds value and what is not.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
VBS/VBS4 experience or other comparable Mission Simulation Software
API experience to connect software components/modules in VBS
Some C/C++ experience is helpful, or scripting knowledge in VBS
Background in or keen interest in military operations
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to travel as needed.
