Your mission

As a Senior Sourcing Partner, your mission is to find and engage exceptional talent across engineering, technical, and operational roles. You’ll be instrumental in building high-performing teams that design and deliver frontier technology—without the fluff.

This is not a passive sourcing role. You’ll lead search strategies, work closely with hiring managers, and build highly curated pipelines in hard-to-reach markets. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and want your sourcing work to have real-world impact—this one’s for you.

Responsibilities
  • Own sourcing strategy and execution across key technical and production roles

  • Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs

  • Drive outbound sourcing with high precision—identify, vet, and engage passive talent using creative, targeted methods

  • Build and maintain talent maps and market intelligence reports for key roles and locations

  • Ensure strong pipeline health and visibility across active searches

  • Track outreach and conversion metrics; iterate fast and raise the bar continuously

  • Shape and improve sourcing tools, workflows, and outreach strategies

  • Represent STARK professionally and credibly in all candidate interactions

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on sourcing experience in a fast-moving tech, deeptech, or industrial environment

  • Proven success engaging technical and engineering talent across Europe (e.g. embedded systems, RF, aerospace, manufacturing)

  • Ability to translate complex role briefs into actionable sourcing plans

  • Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for quality

  • Fluent in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and other sourcing tools

  • Structured, persistent, and outcome-driven

  • Bonus: familiarity with defence, aviation, or regulated sectors

  • Comfortable working remotely or onsite; travel flexibility appreciated
