Your mission

Experienced in configuring and deploying off-the-shelf radio and data link systems for wireless communication and data transfer
Proficient in software flashing, ground station operation, and subsystem integration
Evaluate and optimize radio/data link system performance, including signal quality, bandwidth, and reliability measurements
Continuously improve the current radio/data link setup
Keep track of system changes through proper configuration management
Manage software and hardware interfaces
Handle and maintain required licenses (e.g., MAN IA, MAN IC)
Flash firmware for radio modules and flight control systems; configure, integrate, and operate Ground Support Systems
Support the flight test team during integration and testing activities

Qualifications

Background in wireless communication systems, embedded systems, or systems integration, with practical experience configuring and testing radio/data link modules
Experience with Linux-based systems (e.g., Ubuntu) and scripting in Python
Proficiency in C/C++ programming
Solid electronics knowledge and hands-on experience setting up hardware systems
Familiarity with ArduPilot, PX4, or similar autopilot software, along with their corresponding ground station
applications (e.g., Mission Planner, QGroundControl)
