As an HR Generalist with a strong focus on People Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective HR processes across various functions. You will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, manage HR administration, and support payroll processes. Your expertise in HR operations will help create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll processes, and labor laws.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proactive and structured approach to work with attention to detail.
Experience with HR software and digital tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
