About the team

You will be part of the global HR Team, reporting to the Team Lead Ops.

Your mission

As an Senior HR Manager with a strong focus on labor law and operations you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective HR related  legal processes across various demands. You will serve as the first point of contact for labor law inquiries, manage HR administration, and support operations. Your expertise in HR operations will help create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant data.
  • Handle administrative HR tasks, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Profound experience with HR administration, payroll processes, and labor laws.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive and structured approach to work with attention to detail.
  • Experience with HR software and digital tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
