Assist in building, wiring, and testing UAS
Support field deployments and live demonstrations
Perform regular maintenance and system diagnostics
Work closely with experienced engineers to learn and grow

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge
Hands-on experience with hobby aircraft, model aviation, or light aircraft
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn fast
Work on RC aircraft, university aerospace projects, or hands-on workshop experience.
CAD familiarity, soldering, composite materials
Drone pilot license or aviation background
Curious, hands-on, proactive, and a team player.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to travel as needed.
