Your mission
As a NetSuite Consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing our ERP system while fostering innovation across our organization. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing both functional and technical processes to support critical business initiatives that utilize our NetSuite platform. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation, updates, and migration of the ERP system, including planning, testing, and deployment in collaboration with external implementation partners.
  • Identify and execute process improvements by leveraging ERP functionalities and automating repetitive tasks and reports.
  • Provide ERP system training and support to users, along with technical assistance and issue resolution.
  • Manage system configurations, user access, and security settings in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system through regular audits and quality checks.
Qualifications
  • A completed bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP system management.
  • Strong expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven track record in leading system implementations, updates, and data migrations.
  • Preferably but not a must: In-depth knowledge of financial and (German) accounting standards, including revenue recognition, group consolidation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Extensive project management experience, with the ability to handle project budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver implementations on schedule and within budget.
