Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize processes to improve efficiency in sales operations and support the GTM team in achieving targets.
Proposal and Bidding Support: Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of proposals and bids in alignment with defense and government contracting standards.
Defense Export Controls Coordination: Coordinate Defense Export Controls and Export License procedures to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end process of customer order fulfillment, including compliance checks, processing, and tracking.
Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for product demonstrations and sales activities, ensuring smooth operations.
Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to national and international defense regulations throughout all stages of the sales process.
CRM & Confluence Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems and Confluence, ensuring data cleanliness and organization.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison across teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination for project and sales initiatives.
A degree is desirable.
2+ years of relevant experience in sales or sales operations, preferably within defense or high-tech solutions.
Familiarity with government contracting and compliance regulations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in data management and operational processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Competence in G-Suites, HubSpot, and Confluence.
Knowledge of government trade and export licensing regulations, particularly within NATO countries.
