Your mission

As our PLM Tool Manager, you will be the go-to expert for setting up, managing, and optimizing our Product Lifecycle Management environment using 3DExperience. You'll also ensure seamless integration with CATIA V5/V6 and lead the definition of workflows and processes within the system. As an internal enabler, you’ll train and support our growing engineering team in effectively using the PLM tools to ensure quality, traceability, and efficiency throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the setup and configuration of the 3DExperience PLM platform, including integration with CATIA V5/V6.

  • Define, implement, and maintain PLM processes and best practices tailored to our development and production workflows.

  • Ensure data consistency, version control, and collaboration efficiency across design and engineering teams.

  • Serve as the internal expert and first point of contact for all PLM-related issues.

  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to engineers and team members on 3DExperience and CATIA tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, QA, etc.) to align PLM processes with company goals.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve PLM performance and usability.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to improve our products and processes

  • Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems.

  • Constantly be challenging requirements to determine what adds value and what is not.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience platform, including process configuration and administration.

  • Solid hands-on experience with CATIA V5 and/or V6.

  • Experience in setting up or managing PLM systems in an engineering-driven environment.

  • Understanding of product development cycles, BOM management, and change processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support others.

  • Proactive, structured, and self-driven working style.

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.

  • Prior experience in aerospace, automotive, or defense sectors is a plus.
