Your mission

Coding! Developing the backend of our software backbone from scratch, with a particular focus on integrating our assets and sensors
Testing - both software and mission functionality and reliability
Help improve our Rust or C++ development environment
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to improve our products and processes
Deep dive the issues to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems.
Constantly be challenging requirements to determine what adds value and what is not.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Good proficiency in Rust or C++ development
Knowledge of autopilot, flight control systems or anything similar is a great bonus
Relevant industry experience in Automotive, sensors, aerospace, or where real world devices are connected to your software
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance
Ability to travel to the Devon and Dorset Area
