Lead and manage the planning and execution of projects for secured contracts, ensuring strict adherence to time, cost, and quality parameters.
Provide structure and develop forecasting against cost, time, and quality for delivery, as well as pre-contract solutions development.
Coordinate and foster strong cross-functional collaboration across UK and wider STARK business lines to achieve project objectives.
Continuously monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet contractual deliverables.
Develop and manage the Royal Navy, Commando Force and Specialist User account, ensuring ongoing relationship growth and opportunity identification.
Proactively identify and nurture future opportunities within the account, aligning project requirements with evolving client needs.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to broaden business opportunities within the account..
Serve as a trusted adviser to customers, engaging deeply to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions.
Provide comprehensive insights and guidance on Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) and technical feasibility assessments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and business potential.
Proven experience in project management and delivery in both waterfall and agile environments.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Defence Industry.
Strong account management and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience in defence or technology sectors preferred.
Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance
Desirable: Graduate of the Intermediate Staff Course (Land) or Battlefield Technology Graduate.
