Project Planning & Delivery
Lead and manage project planning and execution for secured contracts, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality parameters within Ukraine.
Provide structure and develop forecasting against cost, time, and quality for delivery, as well as pre-contract solutions development.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across UK and wider STARK business lines to achieve project objectives.
Continuously monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet contractual deliverables.
Liaison & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between partner forces, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across the STARK group in Ukraine.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to align project goals with client and partner needs.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless cooperation and project success.
Logistics & Operational Security
Provide planning and control over logistics and in-country support to delivery projects and internal T&E activities.
Implement and adhere to Operational Security Policy and processes.
Customer Advisory & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted adviser to customers, gaining insights into their challenges to shape tailored solutions.
Provide guidance on Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) and technical feasibility assessments.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and business growth.
Demonstrated experience working and operating within Ukraine, with an understanding of the local context and operational environment.
Proven experience in project management and delivery within complex, multinational environments.
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, particularly in cross-cultural settings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Language skills in Ukrainian and Russian are advantageous.
Experience within the defence or technology sectors preferred.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic and challenging environments
Due to the sensitive nature of the work, this role requires a UK security clearance at SC minimum, with the ability to obtain DV clearance if required.
Travel Requirement - Must be willing and able to travel frequently to Ukraine to effectively manage in-country operations and stakeholder relationships.
