About Us
We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems - not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe - today.
To own and lead the entire Frontend Engineering domain for Minerva Frontline, STARK’s Mission Management Software. You will architect and build the user interfaces relied upon by NATO militaries to plan and execute operations utilising STARK’s cutting-edge aerial, waterborne and ground-based autonomous vehicles.
This is a Player-Coach role: you will spend ~60% of your time architecting and coding high-performance interfaces, and ~40% hiring, mentoring and leading the frontend engineering team that will scale with us.
