Maintain and continuously
Update programm timelines, Gantt charts, and key milestones across concurrent builds.
Own workflow tracking and task dependencies in tools like JIRA, Confluence..
Draft and prepare briefings, decks, and status updates for internal teams and external stakeholders—both upward to leadership and downward to engineering and ops.
Track progress of internal deliverables and flag blockers early.
Ensure task clarity and prioritisation across geographies, teams, and functions (build, design, flight test, documentation).
Monitor budget adherence and resource allocation in conjunction with the Programme Manager.
Coordinate and log internal reviews, readiness gates, and standups across programmes.
Drive the rhythm of weekly planning and sprint cycles.
Document risks, mitigation strategies, and decision logs.
Act as communications hub for the programme—ensuring alignment and shared situational awareness at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Project Management or related field.
3+ years of experience in complex project delivery (aerospace, automotive, robotics or hardware preferred).
Strong grasp of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and scheduling best practices.
Proficient in PM software: JIRA, Notion, MS Project, or similar.
Confident communicator—capable of synthesising information clearly and succinctly for technical and executive audiences.
Comfortable operating across time zones, cultures, and distributed teams.
Strong attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and calm under pressure.
