Your mission

As a Software Test Engineer you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and executing automated testing frameworks for a wide range of software components across frontend and backend systems. Your work will ensure our mission-critical software for unmanned systems meets the highest standards in robustness, reliability, and customer-facing quality.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and continuously improve testing frameworks, tools, and environments in alignment with project and product needs.

  • Implement automated tests for APIs, services, UI components, and integration scenarios.

  • Ensure coverage of functional, performance, and regression tests across multiple software components and releases.

  • Maintain replicability and consistency of test environments to support long-term reliability.

  • Develop detailed and traceable documentation of test plans, test cases, and results suitable for customers and certification bodies.

  • Provide clear, structured reporting on software quality, risks, and release readiness to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, security teams, and customer engagement managers to align testing activities with project objectives.

  • Support the adoption of test automation best practices within agile development workflows (Scrum).

Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automated testing of complex systems.

  • Hands-on experience with test frameworks such as Google Test, Boost.Test, Robot Framework, or similar.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) for automated test integration.

  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, system, regression, end-to-end).

Nice to have: 
  • Experience with mission critical systems
  • Experience in defence, aerospace or automotive industries
  • Familiarity with test automation for AI-related components, APIs and data pipelines
  • Knowledge of security testing principles and tools
  • Experience in generating customer-facing, audit-complient test documentation.
