Your mission
Reporting directly to the Software VP, as a Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our military and defense customers, project stakeholders, and our internal technical development teams (“Programs”). Your work ensures the successful execution of integration projects, operational testing, and capability demonstrations involving unmanned systems, AI, and complex software solutions.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Defense Technology, or a related field.
3+ years experience in project management within defense, aerospace, or similarly complex technology environments.
Solid technical understanding of unmanned systems, mission software, and AI applications.
Strong knowledge of military operational environments and integration requirements for technical systems.
Proven experience coordinating projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Background in defense procurement projects, operational testing, or military technology integration.
Familiarity with defense industry standards and frameworks (NATO, national forces, security classifications, etc.).
Experience working across organizations in multi-partner capability demonstration environments.
Knowledge of software and system interoperability, open architectures, and C4ISR principles.
