About Us

STARK is a next-generation defence technology company driving a fundamental shift in how autonomous systems are deployed in operational theatres. We design, build, and deliver high-performance unmanned platforms that are software-driven, scalable, and cost-effective — giving allied forces a decisive edge in contested environments.

Our systems are built for real-world deployment today, not distant promises. In an increasingly volatile world, STARK supports NATO and partner nations in reinforcing technological superiority and maintaining credible deterrence.

  • Manage non-conformance, corrective actions, and supplier performance.

  • Lead root cause analysis and drive sustainable improvements.

  • Develop and maintain inspection and quality plans, documentation, and procedures.

  • Support and lead internal/external audits, compliance reviews, and customer inspections.

  • Deliver training and communications to strengthen a culture of quality across the organisation.

  • Significant experience in quality management, ideally in aerospace, automotive or defence industries

  • Solid knowledge of relevant QM tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA etc.)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels

  • A hands-on, proactive and systematic approach to problem-solving

  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools

  • Comfortable with travelling to Munich for initial training
