Your mission
We're growing fast and working on critical challenges where security, reliability, and speed matter. Our internal IT setup is cloud-first, modern, and built to scale — and we need your help to keep it running smoothly. You'll be part of a small and motivated team, helping us deliver great internal support while building the systems that power our work.
Responsibilities
● Deliver first-line IT support for employees in Berlin, Munich, and remote — hardware issues, account setups, troubleshooting, etc.
● Own onboarding and offboarding processes from the IT side (laptop setup, account provisioning, etc.)
● Take care of IT inventory, license management, and device distribution
● Help maintain our documentation and improve support workflows for scalability
● Support internal tools and SaaS platforms (GWS, Slack, Okta, Atlassian, etc.)
● Assist in ongoing IT and security projects (VPN, MDM, access management, etc.)
Qualifications
● Solid experience in IT support or system administration — ideally 1–2 years in a professional environment
● Familiarity with Windows and Mac environments — Linux a plus
● Proactive, reliable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
● Structured working style, good documentation habits
● Strong communication skills — both in German and English
● Willingness to grow, learn, and help make our IT setup future-proof
