GTM Maritime Business Development will lead the development and execution of the global strategy to expand and deliver Stark’s Maritime products and capabilities to Allied naval forces.
You will establish and maintain senior customer relationships in key markets, particularly across the UK and NATO Europe. This role involves positioning STARK as a trusted mission partner and ensuring a refined pipeline of future opportunities through rigorous qualification and prioritisation, adhering to Shipley capture management best practices. You will be cognisant of the current and changing competitive landscape. This role will also involve supporting proposals and other request responses to capture new commercial opportunities.
Additionally, the Business Development Lead will collaborate across STARK functions to implement an agile approach to product development and operational feedback, driving continuous improvement. To this end, you will provide key feedback and strategic direction as a participant in the planned programmatic and technical roadmap.
The role is accountable for meeting programme delivery KPIs related to time, cost, and quality, while ensuring high-quality outcomes. , This person will also serve as a thought leader, representing STARK at industry events and engagements, and providing structure and coherence to the growing Maritime division.

Strong experience delivering maritime autonomy projects in the last two years with tangible operational success and outcomes, whether within an Allied Ministry of Defence or as an industry partner (ideally both);
Military experience operating within Allied Forces, ideally relating to:
Rapid capability acquisition and delivery;
Surface warfare;
ASW; and/or
Other maritime operations and roles.
A deep understanding of maritime autonomy and the future of maritime autonomous systems for Allied Forces.
Intimate understanding of government contracting, fielding, requirements generation, and budgeting for the purposes of transitioning prototype capabilities to production
Must possess a valid UK security clearance at SC minimum. DV preferred.
