Design of complete electrical harness systems (high and low voltage)
3D routing of harnesses and wire bundles inside airframe using CATIA EHI (Electrical Harness Installation)
Define connector interfaces, wire gauge, shielding, and labeling per aerospace standards
Collaborate with mechanical designers to define mounting brackets, penetrations, and cooling paths for electronics
Integrate battery systems, avionics modules, servo motors, sensors, and antennas
Create and manage electrical BOMs, 2D schematics, and harness drawings
Work within 3DEXPERIENCE for electrical part libraries, routing validation, and release process
Implement grounding, bonding, and EMI/EMC best practices for defense systems
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
Experience as a CAD Engineer / Aircraft Design Engineer in the aerospace or UAV sector
Expert-level proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of PLM systems such as 3DEXPERIENCE
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
Proven experience working in international, cross-functional teams
