Your mission

We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects in the development and production of advanced UAV systems. This role combines classic project management with elements of program coordination — ensuring alignment between engineering, production, and business goals.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage the full lifecycle of projects: from requirements and design to testing and delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, QA, supply chain).
Build realistic timelines, track progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Develop and maintain the capabilities and requirements matrix to ensure alignment between business goals, technical design, and production capabilities.
Act as a connector between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Support program-level planning: budgeting, resource allocation, priorities across multiple projects.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in project or program management in engineering, production, or defense/tech companies.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams and technical specialists.
Hands-on experience with capabilities and requirements matrix: collecting, structuring, and tracking requirements across the lifecycle.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Upper-intermediate+ English; Ukrainian is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.

Nice to have:

Background in engineering, aviation, or defense projects.
Experience with international teams and distributed production.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
