Your mission

We’re looking for a Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer to join our R&D team and work on advanced perception systems for tactical UAV platforms. You’ll be developing, optimizing, and deploying neural network models for detection, tracking, and classification — ensuring they run efficiently on embedded hardware and remain robust in challenging real-world environments.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing models for tracking, detection, and classification.
Develop algorithms based on research papers.
Train and fine-tune neural networks, including data preparation and augmentation.
Optimize models for target hardware: quantization, TensorRT, deployment on Jetson.
Adapt inference to embedded platform constraints (resources, latency).
Plan and coordinate experimental model testing.
Conduct research to select the most effective solutions in challenging conditions.

Qualifications

CV/ML in Python: hands-on experience with detection, tracking, and classification tasks.
Experience with TensorRT, ONNX, and quantization.
Deploying models on Jetson or similar embedded platforms.
Ability to bring a model to production on actual hardware.
Experience working with unconventional sensor data or images with quality/format limitations.
Research-driven problem-solving: from analyzing the entire system to testing hypotheses and validating solutions in the field.

Nice to Have

Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
Experience with C++ for basic integration or pipeline configuration, including in ROS2.
