Your mission
Support the growth of our Dutch entity, taking full ownership of all operational HR and office processes for a small team of around 12 employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Human Resoures, Law or similar relevant field of expertise.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with HR and Office Management
At least 2 years of experience with Payroll activities within The Netherlands
Strong understanding of dutch employment law and HR Processes
Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership
Excellent organizational and communication skills
You are happy to work autonomously with little supervision.
Hands-on proactive and solution oriented mindset
High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive topics
