Our Product Roadmap team collaborates closely with executive leadership, program teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that we build the right capabilities, at the right time, and with the highest rigor.

Your mission

The Strategy & Operations Analyst will be a key partner supporting our MD International and the wider leadership in orchestrating the product planning, decision-making, and strategic execution process. You will help synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into coherent recommendations, structure complex data, and support high-stakes presentations and decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, structure, and collate inputs from internal teams (product, program, sales, go-to-market, etc.) into dashboards, summaries, and presentation materials

  • Capture and synthesize customer feedback, sales calls, tender inputs, and market signals to feed into roadmap decisions

  • Support development of strategic frameworks, risk evaluation matrices, and qualitative assessments

  • Help define hypotheses, balance trade-offs, and synthesize qualitative vs. quantitative drivers

  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials (for internal reviews, board-level, investor / fundraising)

  • Coordinate working groups, interviews with subject-matter experts, and external validation sessions

  • Assist in prioritization exercises, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making workflows

  • Maintain close alignment with Product, Program, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure strategic coherence

Qualifications
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, operations, internal strategy function)

  • Exceptional structuring, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in slide design (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)

  • Capability to juggle multiple streams, manage ambiguity, and bring clarity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German a plus)

  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or government procurement is a plus but not required

  • Familiarity with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
