Your mission
You will design and deliver high-performance hardware for next-generation electronic warfare systems that operate in the most demanding and contested environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead electronics design across the full lifecycle, from architecture to detailed PCB layout and manufacturing.

  • Design, construct, and validate high-performance electronic modules for advanced EW applications.

  • Execute rigorous testing and characterisation using high-frequency measurement equipment and lab infrastructure.

  • Contribute to system-level hardware integration, ensuring precision, resilience, and operational reliability.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to translate mission needs into robust hardware solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in PCB electronics design and layout for complex, high-performance systems using Altium designer.

  • Hands-on proficiency with high-frequency testing equipment and measurement techniques.

  • Full-stack electronics engineering capability, spanning analogue, digital, and embedded domains.

  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic, RF, or communications-related hardware and simulation.

  • RF and signal chain design: filters, amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, ADC/DAC integration.

  • Ability to work with precision, discipline, and a strong security mindset.

Beneficial Backgrounds

  • Telecommunications, satellite systems, or advanced communications engineering.

  • Antenna design, aerospace engineering, or high-reliability mission-critical electronics.

  • Analogue or mixed-signal hardware development for defence or aerospace applications.

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills

  • Experience in high-frequency RF electronics design, with expertise in the 18 GHz range.

  • EMI/EMC design and mitigation for high-speed digital and RF systems to ensure reliable operation in contested environments.

  • For junior candidates: high-frequency electronics capability is considered essential and will be developed intensively.
