Your mission
Support the development, integration, and operation of drone ground control stations by working hands-on with real hardware and evolving system setups, helping make them more reliable, efficient, and well-documented for operational use.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a technical, mechanical, or electrotechnical field (5 years ideal; exceptional candidates considered with a minimum of 3 years).
Strong hands-on mentality with excellent practical problem-solving skills.
High adaptability and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, experimental environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, cross-functional team and communicate clearly.
Ability to obtain EU/NATO security clearance.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of radio systems and antenna setups.
Experience working with Linux-based operating systems.
Experience repairing or working with composite, foam, or plastic structural components.
Experience with 3D printing.
