About Us

Your mission
As a Student in our Quality department, you will be the backbone of our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes. You will bridge the gap between theoretical engineering and operational excellence by managing the "living documents"—test plans and control plans—that ensure our products meet the highest standards. This role offers a unique trajectory: starting with hands-on Excel-based planning and evolving into a key user of our QMS and Confluence project management systems.
Responsibilities
  • APQP & Planning: Support the creation, maintenance, and version control of Test Plans and Control Plans within Excel.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in the analysis of test data to identify trends, faults, and areas for process optimization.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate on the execution of inspections and tests directly within the Incoming Inspection environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain the Jira Confluence Board for Quality project tracking and assist in the documentation and evaluation of audit results.
  • System Evolution: Support the transition and integration of manual data into our professional Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a point of contact between Quality Assurance, Production, and Development to ensure Inspection / testing methods are aligned.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing technical test reports and stakeholder presentations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor/Master) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Interest: A strong affinity for APQP processes and a desire to understand how quality is "designed into" a product.
  • Software Skills:  Excel: Advanced skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, data structuring) are essential for this role.
  • Mindset: An independent, structured, and "process-oriented" way of working. You enjoy bringing order to complex data.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Negotiation skills and interest in optimizing processes
  • Communication: Fluent in English/German with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to different departments.
