Your mission
Responsibilities
Own the NetSuite product roadmap, defining feature priority, managing the backlog, and ensuring the ERP aligns with the Finance Team’s strategic goals.
Lead requirements-gathering sessions with key finance stakeholders, translating complex business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications.
Drive the continuous improvement of NetSuite, managing system configurations, workflows, roles, permissions, and custom records to optimize business processes.
Oversee the testing and quality assurance pipeline. Lead system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new features and updates launch flawlessly.
Maintain standard operating procedures, system configurations, and data governance policies. Ensure documentation complies with the defense sector's strict security standards.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation to ensure internal teams are utilizing the NetSuite platform to its full potential.
Act as the primary escalation point for system issues, partnering with developers or external vendors to resolve complex technical hurdles quickly.
Partner closely with internal technical developers, project managers, and leadership to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience working with NetSuite is a MUST. Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Lead Consultant within an ERP environment is highly preferred.
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and core business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial Management, Manufacturing).
Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, custom fields, workflows, and dashboard creation.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.
Sharp analytical skills with a knack for turning complex operational bottlenecks into streamlined automated processes.
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
