About the team

You will join our Events team and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support STARK’s growing global brand presence. The team is responsible for managing events, demos, merchandise, and branded materials across multiple international activities. In this role, you will help ensure that our brand materials, inventory, and merchandise operations are organised, scalable, and aligned with the company’s visual identity. You will report directly to the Head of Events and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.


Your mission

As a Working Student Brand & Merchandise, you will support the organisation, coordination, and development of STARK’s merchandise and branded material operations. You will help manage inventory, coordinate suppliers and orders, and ensure branded materials are available for events, demos, and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a professional and consistent brand presence across the company.


Responsibilities

• Organise and manage STARK’s merchandise inventory and stock levels
• Plan, order, and track merchandise items and branded materials
• Coordinate brochures, flyers, and additional company print materials
• Support event and demo preparation through merchandise and material coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
• Maintain and further develop supplier relationships
• Support inventory planning and stock forecasting activities
• Ensure merchandise and brand materials align with STARK’s visual identity and quality standards

Qualifications

• Ongoing university studies, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in merchandise, procurement, branding, or brand presentation
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Creativity and a good eye for appealing materials and products
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken
• Good English communication skills

Nice to have

• Ukrainian language skills
• Experience or strong understanding of visual design principles
• Previous experience supporting events, merchandise, or brand-related activities
• Experience working with suppliers or inventory management processes
