About the team

You will be supporting the Finance Team.

Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system initiatives. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our business units, technical teams, and external implementation partners.


The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing full-lifecycle ERP implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

Responsibilities


1. Project Leadership & Governance

  • Define Scope & Strategy: Establish project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, detailed timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, forecast financial expenditures, and manage vendor invoicing and scope changes.

2. Implementation & Delivery

  • Lifecycle Management: Lead all phases of the ERP lifecycle: business process mapping, requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), training, and go-live deployment.

  • Integration & Customization: Work closely with technical architects to ensure seamless integration between the new ERP and existing legacy systems.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered ERP solution aligns with industry best practices and meets compliance and security standards.

3. Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related communication, providing regular status updates to steering committees and executives.

  • Change Management: Partner with HR and department heads to drive user adoption, manage resistance, and oversee the development of comprehensive training programs.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships, SLAs, and deliverables of third-party ERP consultants and software vendors.


Qualifications


1. Experience & Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience managing large-scale, full-lifecycle ERP implementations.


2. Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of core ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing).

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).

  • Solid grasp of data migration methodologies and system integration strategies.

  • Proven experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and customization, will be a strong asset.


3. Soft Skills

  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating complex business needs into technical requirements.

  • Resilience: Ability to maintain composure and drive momentum in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
