1. Experience & Education
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience managing large-scale, full-lifecycle ERP implementations.
2. Technical Skills
Deep understanding of core ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Solid grasp of data migration methodologies and system integration strategies.
Proven experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and customization, will be a strong asset.
3. Soft Skills
Leadership: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating complex business needs into technical requirements.
Resilience: Ability to maintain composure and drive momentum in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
