About Us
Your mission
We are looking for an Assembly Technician to build and test components for advanced drones (UAVs). In this role, your main focus will be fine-wire soldering, assembling small electronic parts, and connecting wiring harnesses to produce flight-ready systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-precision soldering on small electronic boards, wiring, and connectors, often working under a microscope or magnifying lens.
- Combine electronic boards, wiring, and mechanical parts into complete drone systems based on technical instructions.
- Visually inspect solder joints and wiring connections to ensure strong quality, and run basic functional tests.
- Replace damaged components, fix wiring issues
- Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized, maintaining all soldering tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- 100% hands-on experience in fine electronic soldering and cable/harness wiring.
- Background in electronics assembly, or small electro-mechanical manufacturing.
- Ability to read simple electronic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, high attention to detail, and a focus on product quality.
