The Central Systems Engineering and PMT team establishes the overarching systems
engineering framework, technical guidelines, requirements guidance, and software toolchains
used by project-specific engineering teams. We act as the central entity for standardization,
ensuring all project-specific teams have the architectural blueprints, methodologies, and tools
required for efficient, compliant development.

Your mission
As a Junior PMT Engineer, you will be the operational backbone of our engineering toolchain
environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project programs regarding day-
to-day software tool management, user access control, license administration, and onboarding
support. Working closely with our PMT Architects, you will help bridge central methods with
daily practice by training engineers and supporting project-embedded Configuration Managers.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for project teams and Configuration Managers regarding daily tool operation and support (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, JAMA, Jira).
- Troubleshoot basic user issues, workflow bottlenecks, and system access requests across programs.
- Provision licenses, configure user permissions, and set up collaborative spaces across enterprise engineering platforms according to the defined allocation plan and approved program needs.
- Track tool usage, monitor license availability, and support software deployment requests across all entities.
- Support the creation, maintenance, and delivery of training materials, user guides, and onboarding modules for engineering tools and workflows.
- Assist in conducting hands-on onboarding sessions for new engineers to ensure consistent adoption of central PMT guidelines.
- Assist PMT Architects in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and
workflow templates, while conducting basic data cleanliness and workspace compliance
audits across toolchains.
Qualifications
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineer, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an engineering support, tools administration, or systems engineering role (internships or working student experience included).
- Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn enterprise engineering tools such as 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx), JAMA, Jira, or similar PLM/Requirements platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate central architectural guidance into actionable operational practices.
- Collaborative, a problem-solver, and a confident communicator capable of driving consensus among diverse teams.
